Crispy Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Clubhouse Herb & Pepper Mix
  • 1 lb chicken wings

Instructions

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients in a ziploc bag.
  • Pat dry the chicken wings and toss into the bag, shaking so that all the wings are coated equally.
  • Pam spray the air fryer rack and lay the chicken wings out in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 250°F for 15 minutes.
  • Flip the wings over and bake for 10 minutes at 450°F. Flip again and bake for another 10-12 (depending on how crispy you want them.)
  • Remove, coat in desired sauce, and inhale!

Notes

I wouldn't add salt to the mix. I would lightly salt after they come out of the fryer. There is something about the addition of the baking powder that brings out the saltiness and it can be overpowering.
