Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce

Compliments Sweet Chili SauceI adore coconut shrimp! I’m all about crunchy texture and coconut shrimp completely hits the mark! As good as the coconut shrimp is on it’s own, it’s a must to have a sweet chili sauce to dip them in!

I bought Compliments Sweet Chili Sauce and it was downright delicious! Just the right amount of spicy kick and the flavor paired so well with the coconut shrimp!

NOTE: I did the coconut shrimp in the Cosori air fryer, so temperatures may vary a bit. I find that I have to adjust the Cosori by about 5° up, so if baking or air frying, please take that into account!
