Pat dry the chicken wings and toss into the bag, shaking so that all the wings are coated equally.
Pam spray the air fryer rack and lay the chicken wings out in a single layer.
Air fry at 250°F for 15 minutes.
Flip the wings over and bake for 10 minutes at 450°F. Flip again and bake for another 10-12 (depending on how crispy you want them.)
Remove, coat in desired sauce, and inhale!
Notes
I wouldn't add salt to the mix. I would lightly salt after they come out of the fryer. There is something about the addition of the baking powder that brings out the saltiness and it can be overpowering.
