I adore coconut shrimp! I’m all about crunchy texture and coconut shrimp completely hits the mark! As good as the coconut shrimp is on it’s own, it’s a must to have a sweet chili sauce to dip them in!
I bought Compliments Sweet Chili Sauce and it was downright delicious! Just the right amount of spicy kick and the flavor paired so well with the coconut shrimp!
NOTE: I did the coconut shrimp in the Cosori air fryer, so temperatures may vary a bit. I find that I have to adjust the Cosori by about 5° up, so if baking or air frying, please take that into account!
