I saw this on my Flipboard app and since I love coffee, I wanted to give it a try. And its surprisingly good! I love cold dewdrip coffee and this was close. Cold dew drip is made by having cold water dripped through beans over 12-24 hours and it makes more of a concentration than the cold brewed style. Its definitely a different taste than making a hot pot of coffee and then sticking it in the fridge. More intense, strong but not overly bitter.
