You know when you have one of those moments when you realize you could have done things an easier way about 30 years earlier? So I was chopping celery up for a salad and had a bunch left over.
Know how you put celery in water to keep it fresh and crispy, usually in a big giant bowl or a container that takes up half the fridge? I went to the tuperware cupboard and my juice jug fell out. And it struck me instantly. People fit juice jugs in the fridge all the time. Why not put the celery in the jug?
