I don’t have the proper measurements for the below, as most of the times I throw things together and then find out that it tasted awesome and I should have written things down. As these tasted AMAZING and since I’ll definitely be making these again, I wanted at least the ingredients of what I used. The below reflects guesstimates on the recipe for the marinade and the sauce.
For the coriander chutney I used KFI Coriander Cilantro Chutney and the sauce and for the low carb teriyaki I used Seal Sama Teriyaki Sauce.

Coriander Chutney Wings
Ingredients
Marinade
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons coriander cilantro chutney
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger puree
The Sauce
- 3 tablespoons low carb teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup water I just rinsed out the teriyaki bottle as it was empty
- 1/4 cup coriander cilantro chutney
- 1 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger puree
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Place wings and marinade in a large bag and marinate the wings for the day
- In a small saucepot, add the sauce ingredients and any leftover marinade and bring to a simmer. Stirring occasionally.
- Grill on bbq, turning every 7 minutes or so until cooked and crispy.
- Place wings in a bowl, add a sprinkling of salt, pour the sauce over top and toss to coat the wings.
