As mentioned in a previous post, its wonderful to have carb like items. Unfortunately, most taste like ass. Fortunately, this item is not one of them. Its not perfect, but we’ve had it with the sugar free Walden Farms syrup and even just butter and peanut butter and they taste acceptable. Specially when you’re craving something besides eggs and bacon.
I’m posting here so I have the brand name available and to remind me which to pick up next time. And to recommend them if you are eating low carb and need something for a fix. They are quite fluffy and although don’t get the bubbles you’d get in a regular pancake batter, they do make a very smooth one.
