When I’m not sure what to make for lunch and/or I want something quick and delicious, I make Dumpling Miso Soup. For the dumplings, my go-to is the bulgogi dumplings from Costco. They are sooooo good, and we always grab a bag of them when they’re in stock!
For the dumpling sauce, I use my own Dumpling Sauce, but if you don’t have any on hand, add a splash of soy sauce and a scoop of chilli crisp.
The broth in the dumpling miso soup is absolutely fantastic, and you’ll have a bowl of soup on the table in less than 10 minutes!
