We picked up a bottle of bourbon the other day and I wanted to try something from our usual mix and went in search of bourbon cocktails. When I saw the Palmer Park Swizzle cocktail, I was intrigued. Super easy to make and low-carb customizable, it seemed like a great refreshing summer drink.
And it was, it is like a bourbon sour, but I think the small step of steeping the teabag in the bourbon adds a wonderful touch.
