FISH PAKORA
Ingredients

large fillet of sole
cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces

red chili powder

lemon juice

coriander

tsp
garam masala

tsp
chat masala
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Beat the eggs, spices, and lemon juice together to make a batter. Add flour and mix well to form a smooth batter. Beat well.
Heat vegetable oil in deep frying pan
Dip each fish into batter and fry until golden brown and crisp
