Since I was making spicy cabbage tonight I wanted a nice fish dish to go with it. At first I was just going to make some tandoori style, but then thought that a fish pakora would work very nicely. Hubby quite liked the fish so thought I would share.

I started it off by marinating the fish in a dusting of garlic powder, cumin, tandoori, and lemon juice. I also used Carbquik, but it tended to foam all over the place in the oil, so may just use flour, chickpea flour or something of the like.
