Cut cold butter into flour (I mix into flour with my fingers).
Add water to form dough.
Once the dough is formed, wrap in saran wrap and place in fridge.
Notes
This recipe makes 2 regular pie crusts. I have a 3" deep pie plate and it makes just over one crust. Add savory items like oregano and garlic or sweet highlights like cinnamon and nutmeg to flavor the dough.
