Miso Ginger Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white miso fermented soybean paste
  • 1/4 cup white wine I didn't have mirin
  • 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a container, place your fish in, and marinate overnight.
  • Remove the salmon, place on a foil lined pan, and broil on high for 5-10 minutes (depends on how thick the cut is).

Notes

If desired, take the leftover marinade, put in a small saucepan, bring to boil then simmer until reduced and thick.
