Low Carb Berry Fool

Ingredients

  • Sugar Free Jello
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Dash of sugar free Torani syrup
  • 2 pints of berries washed

Instructions

  • Prepare the jello as per instructions and let sit in fridge for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • Once it has mostly firmed up, break up with a fork.
  • Prepare the whip cream, just SLIGHTLY sweetening with some sugar free vanilla Torani syrup.
  • Blend the whip cream and jello by giving a slight whip together with the hand mixer.
  • Fold in the berries and pop back in the fridge for about an hour.
