Japanese Ginger Sauce
Ingredients

small onion

" piece of ginger
grated
1/4
cup
rice wine vinegar
1/4
cup
light soy sauce
1
heaping teaspoon white miso paste
Instructions
Place the onion in a small food processor and give a brief whiz so it becomes quite broken down.
Add all the other ingredients and whiz until blended
