Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepot and heat through.

Notes

To make curry ketchup, add 3 teaspoons curry powder.
