Fish Sauce For Dipping

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c fish sauce
  • 1/4 c rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 red birdseye chilli finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Put fish sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and water into a small saucepan and heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
  • Add remaining ingredients and put into fridge.
