Fish Sauce For Dipping
Ingredients

fish sauce
1/4
c
rice vinegar
1 1/2
tbsp
white sugar
1/2
c
water

garlic cloves
finely chopped
2
tbsp
lime juice
1
red birdseye chilli
finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Put fish sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and water into a small saucepan and heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients and put into fridge.
