Egg Foo Young Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  • In a small saucepot, bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil. Add the thickening agent and thicken slightly.
  • Serve over the egg foo young.
