COCONUT SHRIMP

unsweetened coconut

panko crumbs

Instructions
Set your 3 bowls up, and coat the shrimp in the flour mixture, dunk and cover with the egg mixture, then press the coconut mixutre around the shrimp.
Air fry at 365°F for 10-12 minutes until desired crispiness. Flip over halfway through baking.
