Melt the butter in the microwave and set aside.
Separate the eggs and place the yolks with the coconut milk. Whisk together.
Beat egg whites until silky and soft peaks form. Set aside.
In a bowl combine the coconut flour, salt and baking soda, whisk to mix.
Slowly drizzle the melted butter into the milk and eggs mix, then add that mixture to the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Fold in the egg whites until blended.
Add any berries or spices as wanted and cook as per your waffle iron's instructionaq
