Ingredients

italian parsley

(roasted and deskinned)

Instructions
Finely chop the herbs, garlic, and anaheim pepper. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Set in fridge until needed.
Notes
It was recommended in the
original recipe
to use it as a basting liquid and I believe I will use it next time.
