1/2small can of chipotle peppers in adobo saucechopped up fine
1/2cconcentrated coffee
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 15 minutes and then place into hot and cleaned canning jar.
Notes
For the adobo peppers, I like to divvy up a can into small snack bags and throw in the freezer. I find chopping frozen peppers makes for a nicer chop than straight out of the can.
