Ingredients

  • 2 cups bismati rice
  • 1 14oz can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • Rice the rice thoroughly and let soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Place all ingredients in large microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 16 minutes.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork, and serve!
