Is that even a word? If not, it should be.<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, back to the eggplant. 1 1\/2<\/span>&#32;<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">c<\/span>&#32;<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Puttanesco<\/span>&#32;<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-notes wprm-recipe-ingredient-notes-faded\">or tomato sauce<\/span><\/li><li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Fresh mozzarella<\/span><\/li><li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Shaved parmesan<\/span><\/li><li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Bunch of fresh basil<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"recipe-2939-instructions\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions-container wprm-recipe-2939-instructions-container wprm-block-text-normal\" data-recipe=\"2939\"><h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-instructions-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none\" style=\"\">Instructions<\/h3><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Brush each slice of eggplant lightly with vegetable oil.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Sprinkle the eggplant pieces with a rub and a bit of salt.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Place on bbq and grill on medium heat for a couple minutes a side. Just so they begin to get soft.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Place in bottom of foil tray. (I had a couple pieces slightly overlap.)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Sprinkle chopped basil over top.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Spoon puttanesco sauce over top until each piece is covered.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Sprinkle on the shaved parmesan.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Cut the mozza into pieces and place a disk or two on each piece of eggplant.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Sprinkle with just a tiny bit more fresh basil.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2939-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">For the bbq setup, have 2 zones, one medium hot and one indirect heat side.
