Baked Brussel Sprouts


  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Granulated garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan / Asiago cheese


  • Trim the brussel sprouts and place in a large ziploc bag.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add desired seasonings to the bag.
  • Toss so all the sprouts are coated.
  • Parchment line a cookie sheet and pour the brussel spouts on the sheet in an even layer.
  • Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, or until the sprouts have crisped up. Toss or shake the brussels spouts when 15 minutes to evenly cook.
  • Remove from the oven and grate the cheese over the brussel sprouts.
  • Serve immediately.
