Toasted Coconut Struesel Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 cup toasted unsweetened coconut
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter (85g)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and whiz lightly on chop setting until the butter is crumbly.
