Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • OR 2 lbs ground chuck / steak
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Mix the above ingredients, form into oval patties (about 3" x 4") and set in fridge while you begin prep of the gravy. (I got 8 patties)
  • Fry a few minutes a side, flipping once, until cooked to preference.
