P6100334I recently finished off a bottle of infused oil and wanted to try my own. I made sure that what I chose had absolutely no moisture in the ingredients – very important. If you use fresh herbs, its literally only good for a few days.

I have an amazing Sicilian oregano, bush style with super fragrant buds and dried garlic chips and thought they would make a great combo. I added a few peppercorns for a tiny zip and filled the bottle with extra virgin olive oil. Now, just to wait a little bit for the oil to infuse, and then its ready to be drizzled on everything!
