I love guacamole. On burgers, chicken, etc., but mostly, just a big bowl of guacamole and some corn chips. Last night I wanted to make that my supper. Guacamole not only tastes yummy, but it’s super quick to make! Just throw all your ingredients into a food processor (I like mine smooth vs. a chunky style), press whiz and viola!

You’ll notice tajin in the recipe. Its a Mexican seasoning, a bit lime’y and a bit spicy, salty. Just a really good seasoning that works in the guacamole perfectly.

  • 2 large avocadoes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp tajin
  • 1/2 tsp ground corriander
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 3 tbs lime juice
  • 3 tbs minced garlic
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • S&P to taste

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor and serve!

** I find the tomatoes are optional. Always good in the mix, but if you don't have any on hand, don't worry.
