Tonights dinner is meatballs and I wanted to go a non-gravy route with them. So since I didn’t really have the ingredients to make some tzatziki, I decided to whip up a feta dip using some feta I picked up at the deli. Its an amazing cheese, salty and yet oh so creamy. Its very soft actually so went into the dip quite well.

This dip has become an immediate favourite and I can see myself destroying large bags of chips with it.
