We recently tried one of those meal kit services and one of the dinners was chicken in creamy gochujang sauce. I was instantly addicted and love to toss meat of all kinds in it or even just scoop on rice. Albeit, I’m a bit crazy about sauce and gravy, but it’s definitely worth making!
If you like the Korean chili paste, gochujang, this creamy gochujang sauce is a must try. So easy to make and so tasty you could probably put it on aquarium gravel and I’d eat it.
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 30 ml gochujang paste
- 30 ml rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set in fridge until needed.
