These candied pecans are great as a topping for pumpkin pie or as a simple snack. I made a batch this year for my pumpkin cheesecake too! It’s always hard to stop the Hubby from eating them all… okay… me too!
Candied pecans are very easy to make, delicious and crunchy, and a nice change from the sweets that fill up the fridge and freezer at Christmas time. I know it says it has maple syrup as one of the main ingredients, but the cinnamon and spices help cut the sweetness.
